Is there a way to make using a full round Skill a swift/immediate/move action?

How frequently do you need to pull it off?  What skill? 

More information would very much be required if you want a cogent answer.

Belt of Battle (MIC) allows you to get a full round action by using a swift action 1/day.

You can always change belts mid-day too.
