@bhu: I have some thoughts on johnny one spell, if you're interested.

Easy spell removes somatic components, thus negating spell failure due to armor.  What's the point of defensive spell?

Easy metamagic seems too powerful.  I'm having trouble imagining someone not opting to be able to twin, quicken, and/or chain their spell with no slot adjustment.

For spell's master, you probably should use wording like “If the spell has an effect that increases with caster level but has a cap, the cap is removed.”

So, if I picked color spray, would that part about increasing HD limits raise the thresholds for each set of conditions?

For potency, when do you make the choice of +2 to save DC or +2 to overcome SR?  If it's when you first gain the ability, it would be clearer to split it into two separate abilities.  The other possibility I can think of is when you cast the spell.

Lunatic Lancer, master of the Thunderlance, done!

Just to make sure, we don't need to make a sample NPC or epic progression right? Anyway if someone could confirm I've written all necessary parts it would be nice, thank you in advance.

Yes, it looks like you hit everything.  Sample NPC & epic progression not required.  Would you like me to do a thorough critique?

You choose it when you take the feat, changed wording now for better understanding

The Master of Opening and Closing is now finally done, complete with fluff! I'm especially proud of my explanation of the 2 main organizations, one that specializes in opening and another that is devoted to closing. Comments of all kinds would be appreciated!

So I set out to make a PrC based on the Part 4 protagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and ended up with what amounts to a "Screw you, other entrants" class. :p

Unmaker: "I disintegrate the door."
Mender: "I reintegrate the door."
Horned Juggernaut: "I smash through the door."
Mender: "I repair the door with you still inside."
Master of Opening and Closing: "I open the door."
Mender: "Too late, I fused it into a single mass of metal."

The picture you chose is quite possibly the best one you could have chosen.

Bah, my entry is coming along very slowly. I might not be done in time. I think I should have just gone with one of my other ideas.

If I do finish, it probably won't be in enough time to get very much constuctive feedback. *shrug*

Quote
   Skills:  Knowledge(nature) 8 ranks
Spells:  Ability to cast Entangle or Plant Growth
Spells or Spell-Like Abilities: Caster level 5th
Special:  Must have cast Entangle or Plant Growth on an area of flowering plants.
Special:  A spellcaster with the Fey type can ignore the Spells requirement.

A Fey spellcaster may be able to ignore the spells requirement, but will still have trouble with the special requirement if she can't actually cast Entangle or Plant Gowth.

Okay.

I hereby open myself up to abuse. Anyone who wishes to nit-pick The Pinger, it's open season.

A class based on Sonic Snap.

Timeline
9/18/12: I slammed out this puppy in four hours. In the interests of full discloser, I did work on Sonic Snap as a spell HERE. I hope to play test the class on 9/20/12.

If you have questions about 3.5 D&D, you might want to look at the:

EDIT: They can use an SLA or magic item to qualify for the special.

SLAs already count as the ability to cast specific spells (as per Complete Arcane or Complete Mage, whichever one was it that had the Warlock). Other than spell trigger items, items don't act if you cast a spell. Spell trigger items themselves require either UMD or the ability to potentially cast the spell, anyways. Either way, it seems a bit weird to do nothing but open up such a specific and unusual exception.

Added a new 2nd level ability to the Lunatic Lancer, felt she was a little empty there.

I would've, but I ended up deciding it was pointless to write a prc for a spell most people misread in purpose.
