So, what happens if Deceptively Innocent Form starts messing with Oh gOds WhAt Is THat? Do we end up with something that, transformed, seems horribly, mindbreakingly off but looks completely normal?

And a question: several abilities specify a helpless creature, but since grappled or pinned isn't the same as helpless, does this mean dealing nonlethal damage until they're unconscious is an incredibly sensible tactic if you want to use the abilities?

But of course! :D

Ack, my bad, I could've sworn pinned makes you helpless! Added option to use those abilities on pinned creatures.

Quote
-The pseudonatural creature can make one sunder or disarm on the grappled creature as a a free action 1/round, and can perform such in armor and other clothing (stackeable)

I suspect this is meant to say 'and can perform such on armor and other clothing (stackable)'. Unless you're meant to be sundering nude.

I have a question concerning the Oh gOds WhAt Is THat ability.

As it afflicts a morale penalty to attacks, does this mean it does not affect mindless creatures or ones protected by a Mind Blank affect?  Was it intentional for it to remain that way?  I only ask because many of these classes seem to scale beyond typical limitations (Such as the Wild Hunt's Chosen Prey ability eventually changing from a morale bonus to an untyped bonus).

Yes, that was intentional, to represent the part where it is messing with your mind.

If you get a tentacle attack for every attack you could normally make, does that mean you get more tentacles if you were using two weapons before transforming?

Yes, it's how I was playing it in Kuro's campaign along with you and everything.
