Trying to at the moment with the hippo but it still doesn't open up that many avenues of conversation. Cusic is basically useless for most conversations.

She is a monster in combat (and ends up with 9th level spells and BAB 16/ubercharger goodness by 20) but I think I focused too much on the WIS: 6 when coming up with character traits... Maybe I should push more into the charismatic leader role especially considering the bard base.

Well, with low wis, she should be fairly naive and possibly make poor judgements, but she can easily still be very charismatic, and she's also fairly intelligent (more-so than average). While she may not always be the most insightful, she might even occasionally surprise people with astute observations.

You might also try to add some more quirks or background elements to round out her personality.

I wonder what our chances of finding a succubus are, they are immune to poison and can change shape... (plus the fact that there is no incubus monster suggests the succubi do that too)
