Sorry I've been silent. Honestly, I can't really keep up with this game, and I really don't relate well with the style of humor and such. I hate to drop out, especially seeing as this is the longest running game I've been in, but I don't think I'm a good fit, either. $:-\$

I'm a fan of using a GIF I created with little icons for players, monsters, and terrain, and hosting the images on PhotoBucket (see the Map spoiler in this thread, if you're able to view it). The downside is you have to manipulate it in a program like Paint, PhotoShop, or GIMP, and you have to save separate images as the terrain updates. Still, I like the flexibility.

You've done spreadsheets in the past. If they're labeled well enough, those work fine.

Soleiji's game has been using ditzie - it's surprisingly easy. The hardest part is getting players to remember that tthey can use their own tokens.

I don't think anything is automatic - though I suppose I could attempt a Knowledge (relevant) check to get a head start. If I took the time (which I haven't), I could always quiz them about things. Between telepathy and constant domination they'd answer.

At the moment, all I probably know about Momma is her movement speed and whatever an untrained knowledge (local would reveal).
