So, I had an idea for a character today.

He's a young man who grew up in a small podunk town named Innsmouth; he went and joined the army, and is now a Colonel.

His name? Everett O'Canth.

On official documents, that's abbreviated to Col E. O'Canth.

I am filled with shame, both for making a character based on a terrible pun, AND choosing to do so with a really obfuscated pun.

Nah, I just had the idea for someone named Col E. O'Canth, and I needed some justification for making his name a fish-based pun.

I could use him anywhere. But CoC would be appropriate (as would, say, Delta Green).

He always falls asleep in a position that displays his balls to the nearest human. He does it so much we've taken to calling it 'kitty position'.
