This is from a fairly obscure source (Magic of Eberron), but how would people rate the "Sense Danger" power? (Not the "Danger Sense power!)

In some ways, I could wish it worked on swift actions instead of being very explicitly restricted to standard actions. (Is there an opposite to Quicken Power that allows you to manifest a swift action power as a standard action?) Love to have temporal acceleration on tap! 

I find this works nicely with Synchronicity.

Level: Psion/wilder 3, psychic warrior 2
Display: Auditory, mental, and visual
Manifesting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 10 minutes/level
Saving Throw: Will negates
Power Resistance: Yes
Power Points: Psion/wilder 5, psychic warrior 3

The kalashtar of Adar must always be alert for agents of the Dreaming Dark, since an ambush could be around any corner. Kalashtar psychic warriors developed their precognition powers to enable them to be less likely to be caught by surprise.

When you manifest this power, you are able to quickly react to unexpected situations. For the duration of this power, you do not lost your Dexterity bonus to Armor Class when you are flat-footed.

In addition, you can manifest one power as an immediate action during either a surprise round or during the first round if there is no surprise round. The power manifested must have a manifesting time of 1 standard action, and can have a cost no higher than 1 power point. You can continue to manifest powers at the beginning of later encounters for as long as sense danger is in effect.

Augment: For every additional power point you spend, you can spend 1 more power point on the power you manifest at the outset of combat.

Sense Danger is crazy powerful for its level. If combined with Synchronicity, it is even more broken than Celerity.

I concur with ranking the metapsionic feat "Knockdown Power" as black in conjunction with most powers, but I would add a note that this is a green power when used with the Energy Wall power. Especially if used with the electricity option, which adds +2 to the Reflex save for the power. (And +2 to CL checks to overcome PR)

If there was an option to augment Energy Wall's DC, I'd give this combo a blue rating, but it would still be useful for minion mop-up BFC. Since the save is Reflex, it's still not too bad.

Bonus points for throwing in a Wall of Ectoplasm that they'll be too busy falling down to punch through easily.

Grey elves are actually better than Sun elves, unless you're a Str-based gish.

Grey elf: +2 Dex, +2 Int, -2 Str, -2 Con
Sun elf: +2 Int, -2 Con

So the grey elf gets a bump to your primary stat and a secondary stat, and a penalty to a secondary stat (con) and to a dump stat (str).
The sun elf gets a bump to your primary and a penalty to a secondary.
