Teleport Murdering

I want to teleport around a room murdering people.

In 3.5.

Not pathfinder.

Assuming all books open, and 20+, and everything short of TO usable, what are my options other than shadowpouncing and Sun School?

I would also accept a way to discorporate, use a bunch of ranged attacks, and then recorporate, which I could fluff appropriately.

Play an Psion Uncarnate with Telekinetic Thrust and fling stuff? [/lowop]

I'm not sure you can do better than shadowpouncing.  Totemist with Blink Shirt?

Be a ghost and take the quicken manifestation feat from Libris Mortis. It allows  you to manifest once per round as a free action. turning back to etheral still requires a standard action though.

Stab-happy Rogue with a Ring of Blinking?

There's also a Sor/Wiz spell in one of the Completes that transforms you into lightning; you make one (nigh-instantaneous) jump somewhere else, and everything in your path is scorched for CL x d6 damage. Stylish!

The "Dimentional Jaunt" reserve feat could work.

Shadow Hand has standard/move/swift action teleport maneuvers.  A Ruby Knight Vindicator could spam the Swift action one over and over again until he ran out of Turn Undead attempts.

I'd probably go Crinti Shadow Marauder over Teflammar Shadowlord.  Fewer feat prereqs.

Shadowlord vs. Shadow Marauder:  Shadowlord has tougher prereqs but better stats overall, to me.  And Sneak Attack instead of Sudden Strike.

Shadow Pounce is really the only thing the Marauder gets that's at all worthwhile. And you sink some prereq feats as well (Mounted Combat...). Shadowlords, OTOH, are made of win all over, except for the high (but not entirely useless) prereqs. Shadow Pounce is the best of that class, too, but the rest isn't to be neglected. Who wouldn't like to make a Reflex save to just not die, at all? Spells are fine, as well, and Sneak Attack trumps Sudden Strike in every way.

In general, I agree.  But on an RKV build, you want as many open feats as possible for Extra Turning.  Then again, you want as few extraneous levels as possible, and Shadowlord gets Shadowpounce at 4 instead of 5.  So I guess it's a toss up.  Shadowlord wins hands down if Nightsticks are allowed.

Can RKV spend alternate turning uses (from the Fire, Earth, Air, Water, Scalykind etc. Domain, for instance) to get your maneuvers back/extra swift actions? If you can, you'll save some Extra Turning feats. Of course Nightsticks and Reliquary Holy Symbol are probably superior, if allowed. Also, get your Cha up!

Dimension Hop, its a 1st lvl psionic power that teleports as a swift action & doesn't say its a dimension door effect. Ardent gets it in a mantle which is how I've always used it. Stack it with scout for full attacks with skirmish damage.

also I think depending on your interpretation of travel domain it could be teleporting.

this class from magic of incarnum... totemist or so that gets teleport on LVL2 as souldmeld... if i remember correctly

Yes, from what I remember, blink shirt gives short range teleportation when bound to  the totem chakra.  Teleports as a move action too!

but the blink shirt doesn't let you take any actions after you teleport.
