Well, let's try this for once...
http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Aquatic_Empathyhttp://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Daytime_Walkinghttp://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/ShockingFirst, Daytime Walker. So... he must be soemthing that normally can't deal with the sun; let's say he’s a vampire. Vampires work. Or... nah, they’re overused. Let’s go with them being a Shade, like the Netherese Empire. I always liked Shades, anyways. Now, Aquatic Empathy... hm, okay. Well, Sakkors fell into the ocean, so if a Shade cleric was trapped down there, he would have to talk with them, or get destroyed by the Kraken, aquatic trolls, Sahaugin... yeah, I’m liking that. Now... shocking. Hm. Maybe not a cleric then, a theurge. On the one side, devout cleric of Shar, becomes a shade. On the other, a research-obsessed mage who has a great love for
Lightning Bolt. Perfect.
Yes, I made a D&D character, not a superhero... but honestly, anyone above fifth level is a superhero already, and Shades are at least level 14. (10 from restriction, +4 LA.)
