Hunter's Mercy

I'm looking for a spell that does the same thing for thrown weapons. (Iaijutsu+Sneak Attack+Vitality/Wound system=Instakill)

I know of no spell that does anything like what hunter's mercy does, except hunter's mercy.  You're stuck with a bow.

Would adding the Aptitude property from ToB help? I forget if that only works for feats...

Take the Throw Anything feat and chuck your longbow?

this would be very nice on a soulbow.

i suppose you could always research and develop a new version of hunter's mercy that works with thrown.

what about using sneak and skirmish amplified by telling blow with your bow attack and hunter's mercy?
