NOt the best place for this, but I saw The Way, Way Back today, and I was very pleasantly surprised.  I normally run when I see Steve Carrell top billed in a movie, but this one wasn't by a large producer and famous director, so it wasn't Steve Carrell Happy Fun Crazy Hour.  This movie was really good.  And it reinforces my belief that that man is best suited to supporting roles.

Have no words to describe it... One of the most amazing things i've seen recently! It's really awesome to know that there are still many more of these hidden collections stowed away, that will tell all kinds of story about the early 20th century wars.

Just got a check in the mail from the endoscopy center.  Apparently the cost of my test in May included a biopsy, but since they didn't take one due to everything looking normal, I get money back.  Woohoo!

Combine this with some matured bonds I found in my filing cabinet and things are looking up for me on the money side.  Hopefully that'll translate into better on the abdominal pain side too, and from there into getting healthier and getting a job again.

Edit:  The bond returns were shitty, but at least they were worth something.

So I watched the first season of Orange is the New Black.  Watch it.  Watch it now if you haven't.  Did not know this until I was trying to find out if another season was scheduled (it is), but it's actually a true story.  Well, based on one.  And more based on one than most that claim to be.
