Theo cannot immediately see them in the darkened space beyond the door. So you can go with your second option, or you can guess at a square and fire a lightning bolt down the hall.

I had thought I had updated the map, but it appears I did not. I will get that up after work today.

I'll rush headlong into danger, as per option two. Between giving up my resistances for a +4 bonus to all defenses for a round and the racial power to force them to re-roll a hit, I think I can survive a turn or two.

So, were those doors already open, or did I miss them being opened?

One door is open. Opened at the beginning of the fight by one of the goblins.

Updated the map to reflect he goblins moving off the map and Theo and Gamesh's turns. Aurenn, Gamesh still has a standard action left.

Rather than make this hard and draw it out, I will give up a bit of information to help you along.  :plotting

Also updated the overall map to show what Thespias can make out in the dark.

Here is the recap, in case there is some confusion.

 1. Atanos backed up and took a seat on the stairs and delayed his standard action which will have to be used to stand back up unless casting from seated position.
 2. The two goblins ran off into the dark hallway.
 3. Thespias ran into the hallway after them, and has some additional information on the hallway now.
 3. Gamesh moved tot he doorway and has a standard and minor action still.

Dunor, Dalanath, and Suff'a are up next.

I could through the next battlemap up, but it is also lacking a number of the squares in front of you guys. I did not anticipate the need for them. So I will keep updating the entire level map as you move too to help. Would it be helpful if I put your color dots on that map too to illustrate where you are?

I don't have anything in my toolkit that I could use right now that won't leave me vulnerable.  I defended against the door in case of an errant bolt out of the darkness but that's it.

Appears everyone else but Theo is stopping at the door. Shadow is filling the shoes wonderfully of a Halfling in one of my games.  :D

Being reckless is a good way to make stuff happen!  :D
Besides, it's my turn to take some hits for the team, I haven't been attacked once since we started fighting the gobbos.

Going to visit a friend I haven't seen in years for the next couple of days starting Wednesday (might even be until the weekend), I am not totally sure if I'll be able to post during this time but I'll try my best.

Sorry for the delay. I dropped Atanos a text a few days ago but did not hear anything. I will try to reach out to him again today.
