Also updated map. Had some trouble with trying to get the move layer and the unexplored layer situated right to show the lines above it. So instead I went with the easier solution and just removed an unneeded section of the unexplored. So you guys get to see a bit more stone but get the lines a little more unblocked  :D

I figure I should point out that in the above combat status summary you may also notice the monsters hit points show down by certain damage. You all have certainly rolled higher damage than that so far. That is a reflection of the damage sustained rather than rolled. So you are seeing the damage as it was reduced due to resistances or absorbed by instances of temporary hit points.

Posted for Gamesh and Soff'a. If they also post before the end of the round then I will remove my posts for them. I ran out of time this morning to do the actions of the enemies. I will do those tonight.

Also will update the map tonight with the moves.

Bah sorry.  I started to post my turn a while ago and let myself get side tracked.  What you did was basically what I was going to do so let's go with that.

No problem at all. I figured you got busy. I am not certain if Sk4mpE is back from his trip yet too, so he is likely still unavailable.

That took way longer than expected. Sorry for the delay.

One more roll and he's dead.  Is there anything that can be done by an intervening party member or is it based entirely on these rolls?

How do you mean? You still have to fail 3 saves before dying, though we do need to get you out of the runes or risk you dying by damage.

Venn as it correct. You can save vs death each round. Fail 3 and you die;

"DEATH AND DYING
✦ Dying: When your hit points drop to 0 or fewer,
you fall unconscious and are dying. Any additional
damage you take continues to reduce your current
hit point total until your character dies.
✦ Death Saving Throw: When you are dying, you
need to make a saving throw at the end of your turn
each round. The result of your saving throw determines
how close you are to death.
Lower than 10: You slip one step closer to death. If
you get this result three times before you take a rest,
you die.
10–19: No change.
20 or higher: Spend a healing surge. When you do
so, you are considered to have 0 hit points, and then
your healing surge restores hit points as normal. You
are no longer dying, and you are conscious but still
prone. If you roll 20 or higher but have no healing
surges, your condition doesn’t change.
✦ Death: When you take damage that reduces your
current hit points to your bloodied value expressed
as a negative number, your character dies."

If someone heals you in some way you can be brought back too.

Starting the post to close the round and begin another but may not finish it this morning. Will likely be up tonight

I've rolled 4 times and gotten a 2, a 12, a 13, and a 3.  As I read it the teens don't count and the other two mean he has 1 roll left.  I didn't post them because invisible castle has literally given me 2 successful rolls since I joined this game so my hopes are not very high for a sudden 20.

To my knowledge, you only count rolls each time you fall unconscious (such as this time). Since you only fell this past round, you don't begin rolling until your turn this coming round. And you only roll once per round.

Yes, it is one death saving throw per round. Since you rolled them already then we can take the 2 for round 4. Hopefully Atanos or Dalanath pulls you out of the runes.

Aurenn, go ahead and post that first roll for the death save. Next round you should receive some form of healing and will be back to consciousness.

Been slow in updates the past couple days due to work and home stuff. I will have time tonight or tomorrow to update in case Soff'a has not gone yet.

Just realized I must have forgotten to save my working map after making the changes for Atanos' turn and Gamesh and Atanos are not in the correct locations. Will update tonight and will post Soffa's turn then too.

Sk4mpE is actually out of town still for a few more weeks, so I will have to keep posting for him as the internet in the various locales he is in is rather horrid.

Hey, actually got on today after two weeks out - apologies for the delay!

Trying to catch up - looks like one of us is in bad shape - I will try to cut down the enemy blocking the "safe" path.

Ah, I was at your brother's place last night and he thought you were out of town for another couple weeks. Welcome back!
