Seeing reinforcements arrive from behind the elf, Gom takes off running through the door at a slight limp. Leaping the chasm he almost makes it but his wounded leg hinders the distance and he slams into the floor just short of the edge...."NooOOoOoand lands with a dull thud and a sickening snap.

"Theo, looks like there's company coming down the stairs. Can you move this storm to greet them?" Dunor's words are muffled by the whirling winds surrounding him, but he hopes the Halfling can hear him regardless. He turns to the Hobgoblin still waiting behind the sarcophagus, saying, "As for you..."

The warrior pushes through the winds and strides up to the Hobgoblin, slashing away at his foe. His weapon is poised to attack in riposte should the Hobgoblin try to escape or attack his allies.

Sgark deflects the incoming attacks with his crossbow.

The sound of a longbow being drawn back can barely be heard again and another arrow flies into the light. Dunor deftly turns the arrow aside.


The drake lands at the bottom of the stairs and seeing only a lone warrior in the middle of the room, charges onward to sink its razor teeth into the human invader.

Sun is close behind the drake having lost control of its leash in order to ready his flail and shield. He charges in on the tail of the drake and with Donor already tied up with several combatants, Sun presses his advantage on the tall warrior.

Bakutn lands on the floor in stride and leaps onto the coffin making his way toward the human.

Xsadum is right on Bakutn's heels and veers on the other side of Sun and wades into the fray rusty sword swinging down in a large arc on top of Dunor.

A nearly out of breath cleric races passed Galadren on Shandien's heels for the northern door headed back toward the comrades they had been separated from.

The raging storm moves as Thespias struggles to maintain control of its power. The spells energy envelopes several of the newest arriving opponents.

Knerug fires another bolt concealed in the darkness. The projectile skims just over the ducking Dunor.

Galadren grunts as he moves up to the battered door leading off to the west and pushing them open, and then advancing through them down the hallway, seeking to follow the path the goblin first took after it joined the fight.

Tulugaq steps forward whispering a silent curse and catching the eye of Xsadum, opening his mind to the perverse imagery the warlock has witnessed through the stars portents of the far realm. The warlock unleashes a furious dark blast of arcane power at the drake though, scorching its scales.

Shandien leaps the first pit in the floor with ease and strides to the next while re-drawing his blade.

Xsadum is impaled by the vicious attack but Sgark is more wary and fens the blades away with his shield.

Res draws the longbow back with a creaking strain and releases another arrow from the darkness. It streaks past Sgark and skims the coffin toward Dunor.


The drake and the two hobgoblins enveloped by the thunderous spell are buffeted with Bakutn being thrown violently against the crypt wall with a sickening crack. The drake emerges with Sun and crosses his path in pursuit of the tall human snapping its dagger filled maw at Dunor while Sun's flail keeps the warrior on his toes.

The presence of the mirror, while convenient by allowing him to see, troubled Galadren nonetheless.
Paintings didn't shed light like that, and anything that was magical in this place was likely to be dangerous.
Galadren therefore gave the thing a wide berth, giving it only the barest of glances in the event that it was enchanted somehow, as he slide around the periphery of the room to the rightmost door.
Throwing it open, the elf runs out into the hallway and finds himself in between the two pits, as he had hoped.

"Hey guys!  I found a way around the first pit!"

The elf says, that fact self-evident as the elf moves on towards the second.

Tulugaq slides up next to the drake, showed in shadow. Looking into the drakes eyes as he approaches, filling its mind with unimaginable horrors. The warlock quickly begins casting his spell but the drake is too close and snaps his jaws around at the human before he can fully get the spell off. The cold starlight lances down but but only scorches the stone on the floor.
