Is this Spellthief/JPM build useful?

Using the Trickster SpellThief ACF in Dragon Mag 353 pg 85.
Swordsage 1/Spell Thief 2/Swordsage +1/Spell Thief +2/ JPM 5/ Spell Thief-end/
You lose 3 caster levels, so you still manage 6th levels spells.
With 13 SpellThief levels you can grab up to 6th level spells as well.
You split the JPM levels up to be able to pick higher level maneuvers.

With Swordsage maneuvers focus on Diamond Mind and Shadow hand. Then with JPM grab Distracting Embers you give you a flanking partner. Sapphire Nightmare Blade, will be a sneak-attack trigger before then.

Grab Godsblood Spelltheft feat for a Domain. If War is an option, then you could get it  for Divine Power.

If going range, then pickup Sniper's Shot spell and Zen Archery to be a ranged sniper.
You can grab polymoprh and be a hydra, if a bit later than when the Wizard is doing it.

If GodsBlood spells count as divine and you can pick the Animal Domain, then Prestige Ranger could be a possible, if feat starved option.
