Just how many arms can a guy get? (3.5)

I'm sure everyone's heard of Ball of Arms Man.

Well, I'd like to see him in D&D. So far, I've figured Anthropomorphic Squid + Girallon's Blessing + Girallon Arms Soulmeld. But that's not enough. Let's get so many arms he can wield everything in the PHB at once.

Awwww... I love finding my builds linked by other people. 

Just as a note though, that gal only has 13 arms, but if you include all limbs that explicitly end in hands, she has 1097 though most are squirmy little tentacles sprouting around the mouths of her 13 heads or splitting off from the knees of her 100 legs.

I figured functioning hands were the objective, given that I cannot see a real, practical difference between them and simple arms.

I've got a max build for weapon-wielding ones that exclude legs-based attacks and exclude heavy LA. Its a monstrosity, but a more reasonable one.
