Man that would be so awesome. Let's face it, Helf's caster cased Dilettantes suck horribly and the UMD Skill gives you all Scrolls (rather than one set) without wasting precious AP. So you always tend to pick up a melee based Dilettante, or at best the Barbarian Dilettante on a spellcaster for the extra HP. A Dragonborn variant would pick up a Con bonus and play into the Savants. A Cold Breath Weapon on an Ice Savant? Yes please. To round things out, FvS-like Wings (because it is semi-common and doesn't hurt) and maybe racially granted spellpower.

I figure shifters would be hard to implement and changelings would have no use, but dragonborn could use the same model for all races, and kalashtar can just be humans with a different set of hair colours available at creation (or not even that).
