I'm not sure I like that change, since it goes away from the intent of the homebrew.
Yeah, I did diverge from putting the total enhancement onus on the feat holder instead of whom carries the item. Also I need to cover a caveat for the meldshaper reduction. Since that could invalidate the feat prereqs. Any specific edits?

I'm probably going to actually put a houserule where Soulmelds are all slotless naturally unless you are binding them to a Chakra.

Because that makes sense to me.

And it makes it a lot easier to write the feat.

I mean, your implementation of the concept is interesting; it just isn't where I see this going (here, you are literally handing people soulmelds; you need 2 to hand your buddies soulmelds that they can bind, and 3 to give them soulmelds that you have all the binding done for etc etc.)

Forgot to mention this but I think you should insert this:

This feat may be used in place of Craft Wondrous Item to qualify for a feat, prestige class, or other special ability.

Since I think the actual feat adds options but no real benefits at first. And this doesn't add much either, except maybe binding an elemental to your soul.

This has been very inspirational in forcing me to research colour.

I'm glad this was inspirational.

As for "Counts as Craft Wondrous Item"... I see that I left that note out. Huh.

I'll be adding that back in, then.

I added a new feat!

Form-Stealing Unshaping allows you to convert magic items into soulmelds.

So you can take those Bracers of Armor that you own and make them into something that can't be stolen, and which gain benefits from your feats and stuff.

And then you can shape 'em and hand them to someone!

I have a sneaking suspicion that you did not mean for this to take a soulmeld bind, but a magic item bind. So you might want to reword that since chakra binds are very limited. Ex: Must be able to bind soulmelds to magic items location etc etc...

Guess somebody ran into a SoH monster lately.

What's the point of this, exactly? It seems like all you're doing is destroying a magic item to produce the same effects as the magic item at a higher cost (namely a soulmeld shaped and a chakra bind).

There are some PrCs I've seen around that boost soulmelds. Plus, you have the benefit of having a magic item that no-one can take away from you (just unshape/reshape it).

Other than that, it is kinda useless, but it's a niche that I noticed was empty and was bugging me.

Might want to specify non-consumable for Form-Stealing Unshaping, since otherwise, free wands!

Soulcrafting: "appearing at your feat as a solid item" ... typo?

Soul-Factory Artifice [Incarnum]
You can produce a vast quantity of soulmelds to equip your friends and allies with.
Prerequisites: Soulcrafting, Chakraic Panoply, Character Level 9, Wis 13
Benefits: Whenever you create a Soulmeld Item, you may instead create up to (Wis mod + 1) copies of that Soulmeld item; each copy is fully distinct and it entirely unaffected by anything that happens to the other copies. These copies cannot have Essentia invested into them, but can still be bound to Chakras.
Special: You gain 1 essentia.

Must. Resist. Urge. To. Make. Feat. That. Allows. For. Technolo-Chi.

Damn you, Feng Shui. Damn you for being badass.
