Ok, here is the scoop your character has ...

LA of +5(too high to buy off)

you are a fey type and you have BaB of at least +5 from the LA and hitdice  free from this LA - so the LA in effect only restricts your class levels it is not a huge penalty

as a fey you have access to some spells that may qualify you for prestige classes of "has to be able to cast x lvl spells - But not you are an X-lvl caster)

Your stats are ALL at +2 at least, and your

Charisma is 52 ish (gives you +20ish bonus on char related abilities) before magic and lvl ups.

What class(s)would you persue?

Would you Bard it up and be the ultimate faceman?
Be a DC from hell Sorc?
go Psionic - wilder? as the Sorc idea above?
Dip around to get the cha to as much as you can - saves Ac etc?
or some other angle I have not stated/seen.

If you go sublime chord, you can both have some levels to play with for adding Cha to everything and then get crazy spellcasting later.  Maybe even a small dip into Ur Priest before for a fun double caster.

Those bonus feats from elder evils that basically work off your charisma mod...

i.e. attack a good aligned being and get your charisma mod to all saves for the rest of the combat.

Some of those could get pretty snazzy.... they're free too... providing you devote yourself to the apocalypse via some cthulu-esque horror.

Yes.

This particular fey can/will have 10-14 HD wrapped into the LA+5 for "free" they will be crappy fey HD but they are extra.

This not your typical "take an orc-kobold from the desert dip him in water and add some dragon parts exercise." These characters are nasty nasty from the start and using the "official" rules would have to go epic very shortly after taking probably a few base/prestige classes. But the party as a whole uses the same factors. and the opponents are like wise pumped up to compensate.

Buy a Sudden Stunning weapon from DMG
+2000 gp, after you make a melee attack you can cause the person who receives the attack to make a will save of 10+1/2 ECL+Cha or be stunned for 2 to 5 rounds (1d4+1).  You can use this ability a number of days equal to your cha modifier

In all seriousness I'd try to hit Sublime Chord and pick up a pile of SoDs, which people shouldn't be making because you are so far off the random number generator it's not even funny.

Complain it's too low and you need more.

Also Ritual of Association[devil] + Brand of Nine Hells + Mark of Nessus.
You'll have to take them as your 15th and 18th level Feats to clear WBL on the Ritual. The Mark gives you a Supernatural Aura that forces anyone to a Will Save to succeed with a harmful action against you. DC10+1/2HD+ChaMod, and works until they beat it. Lucky for you a monster beating a DC 38+ Will Save is pretty unlikely.

It would, but alas I have promised another player a chance to play a Gloura. They have less LA and 5 bard lvls of casting included with nice stats.  My proposed fey, with the insane CHA is a Seelie fey from the converted creature catalog online.


Sorry I have been away so long, life and stuff... anyway I still have not decided which way to go, any way you shake it, +20ish to your AC and Saves as a racial ability and +20 more as a class ability or two lends you not to need to maximize too much more in those areas.  I was kind of thinking BardSader,

I'd go Iaijutsu Master, because you'd instant kill when you draw your sword, and because a fey samurai is hilarious.
