In the "Psionic Powers v1.03" file, Captnq lists "Expanded Psionic Powers (3.5)" as a source for several powers.  My google-fu reveals a handful of mentions, but no links to as actual book/webpage.  Does anyone know what this is?

The psionic powers that mention "Expanded Psionic Powers (3.5)" as a source are:
    Call Armor
    Call Item
    Change Fate
    Combat Tranformation
    Create Tether Hound
    Delay Poison, Psionic
    Detect Secret Doors, Psionic
    Detect Snares and Pits, Psionic
    Dimensional Pocket
    Ectoplasmic Repair
    Feather Weight
    Find Traps, Psionic
    Reach
    Stasis Cocoon, Greater
    Stasis Cocoon

Most have other sources, usually Mind's Eye or Complete Psionics as another source, but at least 3 come from EPP only.
My impression is that it's a collection of 3.5 Mind's Eye articles ignoring the 3.0 articles, but I could be wrong.

To answer my own question, the very last Mind's Eye article included 2 zip files, containing the entire set of Mind's Eye articles.
The 1st zip file contained the 3.0 articles and is called "3.0 Psionics".
The 2nd zip file contained the 3.5 articles, and is called "Expanded Psionics"
