Basically I want a prestige class for bard that I can enter at level 11 that isn't Lyrical thaumaturge, mainly because i personally feel that if you don't enter it before level 9 it doesn't become worth the effort.
And before anyone says sublime chord, it isn't worth going in for more than 2 levels.

Advancing Bard features as important as full casting or not? Is full bab important or not a requirement?

Well, Yeah the casting aspect is more important really, all my bardic music charges would go into fueling snowflake wardance. It's not an inspire courage bard just throwing that out there.

and while full BaB is nice it's not a requirement. I'll send the full details when I get home but long story short, im making a dancer bard that specializes in Enchantment, Illusion and Divination magic while serving as the party face, Hermain weapon would be the whip and she would primarily be a tripper
the class levels would be
Bard1
Battle Dancer 1
Bard 2
Marshal 1
Bard 3
Swordsage 1
Bard 1
And I have no idea where to go beyond this point. I knows it's a little diptastic, but the idea is to make her as SAD as possible relying only on charisma for everything

Melodic casting=Perform over concentration
Gauntlents of heartfelt blows=Cha to Damage
Battle Dancer dip= Cha to AC
Marshal Dip= Cha to Trip and Disarm attempts
Snowflake Wardance=Cha to Atk
and Slippers of Battle Dancing: Replaces Str or Dex with charisma for Attack and Damage if moving 10 feet
Any other suggestions would be appreciated, like what would be the best race for this kind of character.

Virtuoso has some neat elements (Jarring Song, Song of Fury, Revealing Melody) that make it better than continuing with straight Bard, while still advancing Inspire Courage & Songs/day, but since it's only 9/10 casting it pairs better with Sublime Chord than straight bard casting.

It's a shame that the 3.0 version was full casting.

wizard or sorcerer?

ok seriously how about a Gnome Beguiler to Prestigious Bard...gets you a pretty good sized spell list and +2 with CL with enchantment and Illusion. I remember there was some discussion of the Beguiler entry to PB because of the spells known...it really netted a huge spells known list! Full casting nope, huge spell list, yep! Probably the biggest in game, maybe you could take a dip into sand shaper? Now that Beguiler/sandshaper/prestigious bard combo would net you a crazy amount!
