Also, I took a look at the homebrew section. I have a huge homebrew document up on the Homebrewery. Is it alright to make a thread with a link to there, or do I have to reformat it to fit in this site's formatting?

A link is fine, but you generally get more traction with the content here. Which isn't too surprising, I'd think. I can also understand how that makes a lot more work...
