The bar lies in an overpacked suburb just a few alleys and a bridge away from the combat zone. Law enforcement is overworked and will likely ignore any heaters as long as you don't cruise down the road in your recreational IFV.

- Everyone else gains Reputation 2 for being residually visible as you pressed past
