Nothing like a good bar brawl.  :D

Edit: OK, so Legion lost his slam attack by becoming a dragonborn. So his unarmed strike is nonlethal.

He is bound to the Fang Dragon ideal, which increases his damage dice one step. So it should do d4 instead of d3. He can also use the "Blade" feature to expend a maneuver and add 1d6 damage to his attacks.

My question is: after these modifications, is his unarmed strike still nonlethal? I guess it is, but just checking.

Alvin is going to release the Weapon of Aether that's been hiding behind his back for the last minute or so and target it at "the man". Does he need to take a move action to do so?

Yes, though the bonus damage is lethal.

So does he draw an AoO for making an unarmed attack or not, then? :P

I believe I will be able to post tonight in the game thread. I'm thinking i'll try a trip anyway, any objections mechanically for me using bluff check to look like I got dizzy and fell prone while attempting the trip? Regardless of success i want to be on the floor...

Just a reminder to myself, if this continues to a full-fledged battle (as opposed to an unarmed brawl or whatever), Sorrel will shoot blunt arrows, not the regular pointy kind (in case any shots go awry, not that D&D rules worry about that or anything). Bludgeoning nonlethal damage with a x2 crit multiplier instead of piercing and x3 according to RotW.
Edit: Also -20' range increment with longbows. Not that that's likely to matter.

Yes he would. lol.

Would it matter? Is anyone here not still flat-footed (or have Combat Reflexes)?

The thug might have Combat Reflexes. It's not the worst feat for a bouncer/enforcer type, though he doesn't strike me as terribly fleet of foot so he may not have the requisite dexterity.

There is no Dex requirement for CR. Even if you have a Dex of 1, it still lets you take your one normal AoO per round while flat-footed.

I know what you mean. I only noticed otherwise a few months ago. I mean, if there's ever going to be a feat with a Dex requirement (other than Weapon Finesse, of course), you'd think it would be the one all about using your Dex score to be fast on the counter-punch, right? Just like how Power Attack and Combat Expertise are useless with a BAB of +0 and thus require BAB +1 to take... nope!

That may depend on whether Phaedrus got a surprise round. The guy was probably ready for him but he definitely allowed Legion to make the first move. In that case, we may be coming up on the first actual round and going down the initiative order. Of course, most of us are delaying or readying.

Im debating that, honestly i think i'm stuck, kheldar is a dagger kinda guy but I dont think i have a dagger on my sheet. Can I have paid off the barkeep to have the gauntlet behind the bar?
