Hmm... Let's go with this

A "Villain" for a low-op evil campaign.

Old Halfling Paladin 4/Ordained Champion 5/Swordsage 2

Important feats: Serenity, Yondalla's Sense, Improved Turning, Circle Magic (I'm DM, so I wave the faith-specific nature of the feat.)

Wisdom to AC, Smites, Turn Undead, Attack and Damage, Initiative, and all Saves.

Circle Magic means that she can raise her CL for all her Paladin spells to 20 and their Cl to 20; she still only has 1st level spells, but she can spend spell slots to get DR 10/Chaotic, or a +10 to Melee damage for 5 rounds.

Before each battle, an ally who has Ability Enhancer as a feat drops an Owl's Wisdom on her, for a +6 to Wisdom, bringing her up to a 28.

That's a nice +9 to a lot of  things; since she will be two-handing her weapon, she gets a sweet  +13 to damage from that alone, not to mention maneuvers.

Speaking of which... what are some good maneuvers for this kinda thing?

For the wis-to-everything theme, two levels of argent fist (Faiths of Eberron) can get you wis to AC even in heavy armor.
