Base Attack Bonus

Short of a Wish.. Is there any way to permanently increase BAB by one.

Permanent Divine Power? Can this be done?

Any other ways? I have 5000xp and up to 30,000gp to get this done.

Skillful Weapons (Complete Arcane) give you 3/4 BAB when wielding them if you didn't have that or better.

So in the case of:

Ninja 4/Fighter 1. A skillful weapon would allow me to qualify for a PrC that requires +5 BAB?

No, unfortunately. You already have 3/4 BAB or better for all of those levels. BAB of +4 on that build. Is that the goal you're aiming for?

There is one way but you would have to be a dragonwrought kobold and then avoid the DMG your dm will throw to you....

Soulbow PrC has a edit biff, that specifically increases BAB.
Throw in Legacy Champ PrC and/or Uncanny Trickster PrC.

A few spells and powers overwrite BAB with something CL based.

Generally, neither of these approaches work (very well) in the first 5 levels.
