are the plants conjured by vine mine a valid target for entangle spell?

Having reviewed both, the answer is yes. The problem is neither have a target line. So, with no target line, one has to go off the text section. Vine Mine states it 'creates' at 10 feet a level, or a minimum of 50 feet radius. Entangle says it effects everything in a 40 foot radius. There should be no problem.

In the advent that the Vine Mine expires before the entangle, and their are no natural plants in the area (IE a desert, a cavern, a hotel room), entangle would stop working, but begin working as soon as plants were introduced to the area of effect.
