RoS is not from an iffy source, the Dragonlance CS was published by WotC.  It's just setting-specific and ambiguous.

Heartfire Fanner is the awesomest of PrCs.

Can we find any way to make touch attacks when polymorphed into a 12-headed hydra?  That's 12 attacks as a standard action...

How would a dodeca-hydramorphed initiator work?  Say you did Mountain Hammer or whatevs.  Does the extra damage apply to all 12 attacks?

No, I'm certain the manoeuvre limits you to 1 attack with the standard action it takes to use it.  You'll lose the other 11 attacks.  Stick to just boosts.

Next question: if you're a 12Hmorph with Storm Touch, holding the charge, what happens when you attack with all 12Hs?

Simple, only one head is holding the charge.  That's the one that gets to proc the spell.  I'd even make sure the player declares which attack it will be before the rolls, in case that attack misses.  Now, if you have Arcane Channeling (Full Attack), from duskblade 13, you'd get it to proc on every attack.

Ewwwwww 13 levels of Duskblade... :pout

Yeah I'm not sure there's a way to successfully implement the hydra idea. Besides who wants to be a big smelly hydra? :P

Just want to say, I normally hate the whole "ToB = Anime" thing. I usually play Crusaders if I'm not casting, and the recovery / "cooldown" has always reminded me more of MMORPG's.

That said, the JPM build made me re-read JPM, and I can't help but think of Laxus and Natsu of Fairy Tail.

/sigh.

Since we're already using melee touch attacks, why not use Stormguard Warrior's combat rythm, and charge up for a big slap on the face next round! Since touch attacks are normally pretty easy to make, combine with Avalanche Blade, & soup it up with True Strike to make sure the combo goes through all the charges of the spell.

Wouldn't stormguard trigger the spell?

Also, any way to combine it with bloodstorm blade?
