Characters are level four at character creation.
No rolling for attributes, character attributes are as follows: 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 10, in wherever you desire them.
Characters get average HP. Which is to say, you get half your hit die plus your constitution modifier for each level. First level you get max HP though.
I want this to be a more realistic, this could happen to you scenario. If you desire a character with a military background, you must roll for it.
Experience is awarded for detailed role playing, smart playing, using skills intelligently, and kicking royal ass in combat.
