After 3.5 months of learning, 2 months of planning, and one month of building, my group's robot is complete, and came to a very nice victory in the class's sumo robot competition. We came in a close second in the main rounds, then snatched victory with a clean pair of wins in both free for all/king of the hill rounds. I was responsible for the coding, and I can't tell you how thrilling it was when we put it all together, fired it up, and saw it rolling around a couple of weeks ago. Most of the past week and a half have just been minor refinements and nervous waiting for the competition (plus writing all the documentation, reports, and exams also required in the course).
