Any feat(s) that provide Psi powerpoint discounts.

By themselves don't do all that much, but the
effect works on up to every action a PC can do.

Or, my short list (I didn't know about Expert Timing, which is pretty cool)

Skills:
* Hardened Criminal (take 10 on UMD)
* Skill Prodigy (to grab 3 skills on class list: UMD, Diplomacy, lucid dreaming, Iaijutsu, etc.
Gold:
* Mercantile Background
* Item Familiar
* Landlord
* Ancestral Relic
Leadership
* Leadership
* Undead Leadership
* Dragon Cohort
* Improved Cohort
Other
* Planar Touchstone

This list is probably reasonably useful to anyone.  If we know a little more (example: casting vs. non-casting, divine vs. arcane) then other feats begin to call out.  (Elemental Reserve feat, Reserves of Strength, Initiate of Mystra, Craft Contingent Spell, etc.)
