This I will allow... since the character in question removes himself from the genepool quite effectively...

Done it.  It's game breaking.  Just make a Vow of Poverty Bard (with a quick dip into Binder for Naberius and Marshal for the Diplomacy boost, as well as Warlock for the same).  With Vow of Peace up too, you Fascinate people instantly with your Perform (Oration) skill, then in a standard action convince them to your side.

Nothing can stop you if you do it right.

Complete Warrior Samurai 20

The OA one isn't half as bad as the CW one.

Obviously, I would have said OA samurai in that case.

Depending on your DM's view on additional feats for the samurai bonus feats (the current list is all the OA fighter feats and all the PHB fighter feats plus a couple if I remember correctly) list it has the potential to be better than fighter too...

Slayer the vampire buffer.

Isn't that basically the old Dragonforce party joke but they all have the Requiem feat?

An overpowered Fighter/Monk!

And the universe begins to fold in on itself...

Also, from Pathfinder Adventure Path:  Inbred Hillbilly Ogre Rapist

Fortunately this was only in the "first draft" and not the product proper.

Vow of Poverty Necromancer

Tricky, but not impossible.  I assume you're talking about the army of the undead sort of necromancer, otherwise it's not even really an issue.  A 2-level dip in Pale Master costs you 1 caster level, but also gets you 1/day animate dead without the need of a material component.  If you're willing to settle for zombies and no skeletons (or obscure other things you can make with animate dead), you don't need Pale Master, instead just kill things with Fell Animate spells (preferably Fell Animate necromancy spells, so your Corpsecrafter feat line applies).

If you're doing the Pale Master thing, you'll need something with a non-good alignment subtype or other way to qualify for the class while actually being exalted.

or be a necrocarnate.  or be a Warlock wo only temporarily animates dead stuff.

Anyone have a link to this "old dragonforce joke" stuff?

It's an all-kobold party of bards using different flavors of Dragonfire Inspiration to add a monstrously high amount of mixed energy damage to every attack.
