Spell-Like Ability, Epic: Three times per day on command, you can create an effect that duplicates a chosen spell with an effective level of 15th or less (such as an empowered, quickened meteor swarm). Choose the specific spell and metamagic feats when assigning this ability to the item. The save DC (if applicable) is 23, or 19 + your Charisma modifier, whichever is higher.
Heck, take the Z list's option for Twinned Wish too, total of nine Wishes cast per day for free. :love

Master Alchemist is a 10/10 casting class from Magic of Faerun p.34 increases the maximum level of spells you can use in potions; over the course of 10 levels, it allows you to make potions of 9th level spells.

This, by itself, is kinda OK - where it gets really cool is when you combine it with Quick Potion (SpC 164). Quick Potion lets you "charge" a bottle of water - you then cast any spell you want that can normally be turned into a potion onto the water, giving you a free potion.

If you also have Delay Potion (CM p.41), you can drink that potion and let it "hang" for a number of hours equal to your Constitution modifier. At any point while it's hanging, you can activate it as a Swift action. It has pathetically easy prerequisites; the party beatstick can pick it up really easily.

So pull out your Eternal Wand of Quick Potion and use it to create a potion of whatever high-level buff you damn well please. Hand it to the beatstick. They essentially get to cast that spell on themselves as a Swift action once.

I think Wish is technically legal.

Whelp.

The Diabolist (BoVD) can make any spell that affects a target or area deal Unholy damage to Good creatures... even if that spell wouldn't normally deal damage.

This lets you apply Fell Drain to any spell that targets a creature or affects an area. You normally can stick Fell Drain on spells like Hold Person, Color Spray, or Grease, it just doesn't do anything. Now it does!

EDIT: You actually need some way of applying the metamagic spontaneously.

Oh hey, I never noticed that Mortalbane actually applies to each of your spell-like abilities 5/day. I had always thought you get 5 uses total.

No seriously, take a look.

Yah it's all of them, and often ruled to apply each time a SLA deals damage (ie chilling tentacles deals aura+2d6 & grapple+2d6).

Problem is GitP's Warlock Handbook has always been misleading (implies single) and all the WotC threads don't even mention the Feat so it's not really well known outside of the posters here that were/are interested in Warlocks.

Heh. Yeah, I noticed that after posting. Who says mundane can't have nice things?
I appreciate the logical, cool-headed responses and the lack of profanity displayed by our community.

I'm helping CaptnQ with his WarlockNLoad handbook. Hopefully this will change  :p

More than that, it replaces the time it would normally take with a single standard action. There's no requirement that it normally takes a standard action. So, your diplomancer just got even better.

To be fair, you have to cast this one (standard action) then perform the action next turn (as a second standard). Even if you quicken it, you still have to perform the action next turn because of the wording "On the round after you cast this spell"

Fell Energy [+1 Metamagic]
"Any numerical bonus granted by a spell modified this feat increases by +2 for all undead creatures it affects. This increase does not apply to factors such as range, save DC, healing, or other numerical factors relating to the spell. Only effects described as bonuses gain this benefit"

^Old news, but I had never noticed that it doesn't care what KIND of spell it is. Anything that gives a "bonus" is fair game. Necrotic empowerment for +10 to 3 stats? Greater Visage of the Deity for +6/+4 to a bunch of stats? Oh yes.

I see your Fell Energy Greater Visage of the Deity, and I raise you a Fell Energy Desecrate on an area containing a shrine to your deity.

You've essentially quadrupled the basic benefit of the Desecrate, as far as undead are concerned. A +4 to attack rolls, damage rolls, and saves for every Undead creature within the area is nothing to sneeze at. The really beefy bit is the +4 HP per HD that any Undead you create or summon within the area get.

Casting a Fell Energy Unhallow on the area to give every Undead within a sizeable boost to AC and Saves is... quite good.

Please. I'd love to see the assault against the wonderfully magical place where Undead get +4 to attack rolls, damage rolls, and AC, as well as a +8 bonus to saves. Talk about a home field advantage.

Heh, this is of course stronger and cheaper than the 3.0e psionics version.
So does it work like Linked Power metapsi (which would be delicious)
or is it just for skill checks that you can  do within a standard action ??

Wow, so standard C.O. fun and games.
version 1 is fun.
version 2 is Ka-Boom.

Memorize of autohypnosis ---> 12 seconds to read a page in a spellbook
Each successful check allows you to memorize a single page of text (up to 800 words), numbers, diagrams, or sigils (even if you don’t recognize their meaning). If a document is longer than one page, you can make additional checks for each additional page.

Gather Information ---> Hey guys what's going on tonight? Blah blah demogorgon blah blah

Diplomancy already mentioned

Dream is borkt for sure, somebody more familiar wanna do this one?

Skill Tricks are affected too.

UMD the Book Of Vile Darkness, you know, to thumb through to the good parts.
Quote
Scholar's Touch (Races of Destiny)
Divination
Level: Bard 1, Cleric 1, Sorcerer 1, Wizard 1, Spellthief 1,
Components: V, S, M, AF,
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: One book/round
Duration: Concentration, up to 1 round/level
With this spell you can touch a book or scroll and absorb the knowledge contained within as if you had just read it. This is equivalent to a solid reading but not deep study—the character does not gain perfect recall of the information, just whatever he would have gotten from reading it completely once. If you can't read the language of the source, the spell has no effect. This spell cannot be used to prepare spells or to cast magical scrolls, nor does it have any effect when reading a magical book (such as a tome of understanding).
Material Component: A scrap of parchment and a pinch of tinder.
Focus: A thin crystal disc.
Recast it as desired for complete memorization.
