What about other licensed products?
Anauroch: Don't have this book, but I know enough about Sharns to know they eat the action economy for breakfast. No. (They wouldn't be usable with Knight of the Weave and Nar Demonbinder anyway, as they were updated Player's Guide to Faerun to no longer have spell levels).
Change spellcasting levels to spells, but the function is the same: A sharn casts spells as a 7th-level sorcerer and a 5th-level cleric. (page 197)
Champions of Valor: When paired with Nar Demonbinder? And a Phaerimm? I don't think so. I don't have Lost Empires of Faerun, but I've seen the Arcane Dilettante threads, so I know where you're going. Don't try it.
Lost Empires of Faerun: Don't have this book. See also: Anauroch.
Magic of Faerun: You want it for that Gem Magic don't you? I'll think about it and read up on it, then get back to you.
Monsters of Faerun: Don't have it. See also: Anauroch, Lost Empires of Faerun.
Oriental Adventures: Before you suggest anything, I'm hesitant largely because it is meant for Rokugan. Still, propose what you want specifically and we'll see.
Savage Species: I'll get back to you.
Tome of Magic: Go for it.
Unapproachable East: Read the post right before yours for my Nar Demonbinder ruling. Also, there is no way I am letting you use Knight of Weave, Nar Demonbinder and Phaerimm. See my earlier answer.
Swiftblade: Go for it.
Other licensed products: provide specifics for what you want, then we'll talk. Things are considered on a case by case basis.
One last thing, I mentioned I don't want to see broken, nigh-infinite, uber-cheese builds. This is an example of trying to get something past me that is less than on the up-and-up.
