If there was a way to hide from Touchsight I'd grab that too.
Given how much Os seems to hate psionics, I wouldn't worry too much about that. :P
I don't pee messages into the snow often , but when I do , it's in Cyrillic with Fake Viagra.  Stay frosty my friends.

Besides, BoED?
Hecks yeah, it has the best ways to kill evil.

We've all seen the hero that pushes the bounds of good by using evil to do good, it seems logical someone in here would push the bounds of evil by using good to do evil.

I'm wondering if I could get away with a constant effect item of Sadism (I don't really need that many enhancements on my book) to go with the 'gonna nuke everything' attitude.

... have we got any sort of ability-based healing, or is it time to rely on the wonders of UMD?

I'm good on healing for myself. I can get my fast healing up to 60/round if I keep spending my swift action.

I still need to pick SLAs for my spellstiched powers. But bard stuff still isn't on the list.

Another question for better optimizes than I: is Darkstalker worthwhile when you have easy invisibility and are incorporeal?

I can't heal myself, don't have regeneration, and have limited HP.

On the plus side, I have 9th level spells and a spellbook? :lmao

Probably a good thing my main contribution is via explosions and long-distance lasers.

Grrr. DnDtools (and WotC Lawyers) make me sad. I can't build during downtime at work, 'cause I don't have books and can't load my PDFs onto a work computer.

Long story short, I can't build my beguiler right now. I've got my build worked out (Allip 3, Half-Fiend 3, Spellstiched undead 1, Evolved undead 5, Beguiler 8), but I don't know the beguiler well enough to build him without notes.

Irritating.

Nice. Thank you, Sor0.

Also, would your feat, Extra Options, apply to an Evolved undead's negative evolutions?

Raive'lac
(click to show/hide)

I'm also planning to get ("make") a +5 Mantle of the Cerulean Sign, which will give me a +1 resistance bonus against effects originating from aberrations (meh), but also a +5 luck bonus to the following things (though only vs Aberrations):
* AC against attacks by aberrations
* saves vs attacks by aberrations
* level checks to overcome the SR of aberrations

With the rules of the MIC, I might as well make the mantle an item of Resistance +5 as well (+25,000 gp), so it will really boost my saves vs aberrations.

Which brings up another question... I have to have made my Cerulean Sign... how do you want to deal with that, oslecamo?
Just pay market price for it, start at 20th level, and just say I "made" it?
Or start at 19th level (4,000 xp shy of 20th; or 5,000 xp if it's simultaneously a Cloak of Resistance +5), and only pay half price for it?

It's Wealth by Level, not Cumulative GP Expenditure. <.<

I think generally there's a 'no pre-game crafting' rule, but if you're paying what would be the full price it's kind of academic? You don't have a material advantage that way.

Right.  Makes sense.  I figured that's the way he'd go anyway.

On another note... I just realized that I'm a Devil, thus Lawful, which means no Bard...

I can just swap it out for the Expert NPC class, and pick whatever 10 class skills I want as class skills, but it does mean I lose out on a bit of casting, bardic music, and my Reflex save goes down by another 3... drat.  Might have to rethink which flaw I take...

Beguiler would almost work in its place, except it doesn't get either Knowledge (Dungeoneering) or Knowledge (Religion) as class skills.

That also means my caster level will drop to 14 instead of 15...

Damn.  :-\

Be a devil with a non-Lawful alignment. There's an official LG Succubus Paladin, after all.
