Yes, Divine Bard keeps all the regular Bard spells and then adds a few more.

Ok, while all that would be fun, he doesn't want things that will completely circumvent the sanity rules. As in, work with them, not work around them.
He'd probably go for Hustle in Time Mantle, which in turn could make a great Dominant Ideal.

Final update: DM decided that he wanted a lower than "normal" power level, and nothing that alters the action economy: No hustle, no linked power, no White Raven Tactics ffs.

Another build to toss in the ever-growing pile of things I'll never get to play.

It's all good though. Now I'm playing Truenamer 20.
