Stick is a wand of lesser vigor, 29 charges. Vials contain 2 potions of CLW, a potion of mage armor, and 2 non-magical liquids.

For his initial speaking role, I threw together some flowery sounding jibberish to represent the fact that Nora'Luuu does not speak Common. This will probably not be the case if there is a translator in the party.

Though, wild gestures and such can always be used
