Shadow Image - I found it mentioned here which says it comes from Magic of Arcanis, p196

Given the spell level and the name, I think they mean project image.  Bards get it as a 6th-level spell, it's an image spell, and it's an illusion of the shadow subschool.
“Hast thou not felt in forest gloom, as gloaming falls on dark-some dells, when comes a whisper, hum and hiss; savage growling sounds a-near, dazzling flashes around thee flicker, whirring waxes and fills thine ears: has thou not felt then grisly horrors that grip thee and hold thee?”

“Mantle” is actually Ilyykur's mantle (Unapproachable East, p50).

Where did you encounter these spells?

You may want to contact Captnq.  He has a "The Big List of Spells" which does this for all the WOTC books, though not for 3rd party.  He may be able to save you a lot of time.  Or you may be able to greatly enhance his list.  Either way, it's a win.

Freedom of passage is from Dungeon 100/Polyhedron 59, page 12 of the Polyhedron section.

Thanks for the thought, but to avoid mission creep, I've decided to exclude the epic spells. The players have shown no desire to use them, so it's of little practical use to me.

I did go through my files and keyword search found nothing, I'm afraid.
If you have questions about 3.5 D&D, you might want to look at the:

About the Epic spells I had the impression that i saw them before somewhere ,since three of them are supposed to be cast by Lolth I looked into anything wotc has published about her, since I did not found anything that leads me to believe that these spell are homebrew, possibly dicefreaks or maybe from the old epic wotc forum....

I had a feeling they were in a Dungeon or Dragon magazine, or in a web enhancement. But those typically come up on Google

I think I may have found where the three epic spells came from....

http://dicefreaks.superforums.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2981&start=275#p85839

I think that the poster had these spells in this entry for a time and then removed them.....
So this entry no longer haves them...
Apart from my memory the thing that makes me believe that I am correct about this is
that this is a version that Lolth is psionic and this is mentioned in the spells that you postet, and
also the term Demiurge is used in one of your spells which seems to indicate that Immortal Handbook rules were used, just like in the thread I posted.....

If this isn't the answer then I doubt you will find it after all these months that it has gone unanswered....
