I've made oreo cookie spread in the same fashion as the Biscoff spread, and it is amazingly delicious. I burned out the motor on my cheap food processor though. It was worth it.

So you just take the cookies and blend them?  That won't work with biscoff though, there's no oil in biscoff.  You need to add some inoffensive or complementary oil to the mix.  Or it's just batter.

The cookies are perfect.  Eat them with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, ice cream, anything.  Just perfect cookies.
