Also, am I the only one having trouble settling on one spell? I just went through the SRD and have four spells just from level two and three spells that I have pretty nifty ideas for. :/

Any advice from others here? Should I choose to challenge myself with a trickier spell, or go with the one I have the most mechanics planned out for? For instance, so far I have ideas for PrC's based around Shatter, Blindness/Deafness, Bestow Curse, and Rage. Rage would be tricky, since there's already the Rage Mage PrC (which, as most people agree, sucks). There's already one Rage Mage fix out there, but my class would probably be going in a fairly different direction. I'm thinking this is one I should save for outside of the contest so I don't have to worry about originality issues.

Blindness/Deafness and Bestow Curse are both fairly similar, thematically, and my ideas for both are somewhat similar but still rather different. Both could prove tricky but would yield results I'd like to play.

Shatter is currently the spell option that seems the most well-rounded, and thus potentially the least challenging.

No, not at all. You can if you like, but it's not necessary.

So anything on multiple submissions?

My fluff is up.  SInce I have time to change does this idea seem doable to you guys or am I being foolish?

Nope! That said, 3.0 Prestidigitation did all those things, right?

Why do you have 6 + Int skills and only 5 class skills? Also, it's Knowledge (Arcana), not (Arcane).

Signature Spell: If you don't prepare your spells as a prepared spellcaster, how do you cast it, then? Did you mean that you can cast your spell spontaneously (like a Druid spontaneously casts Summon Nature's Ally spells)?

Improved Spell: Again, how do you cast your spell extra times per day? Be specific, or someone will treat it as arbitrary, uncapped spell slots to which they will apply every-metamagic-feat-ever-and-yes-even-that-one.

Easy Spell is ripe for abuse (with, say, Wish). Less so for Easy Metamagic since it's one metamagic for one spell, but still.

Spell's Master: The references to Fireball dealing damage dice equal to your HD is confusing. It implies (incorrectly) that the ability sets the number of damage dice to your HD, which would just be weird with spells like Disintegrate. Also, Ray of enfeeblement doesn't actually do damage (ability or otherwise), it just applies a Strength penalty.

Which is of course not to say that you're locked into the first idea you post. If you want to change the actual entry to something else, by all means do so - although you should keep the other one around for posterity.

I can certainly imagine playing one. I'm not a fan of you must do this every day for a whole previous level requirements just like I don't like heavy useless feat taxes - it disadvantages people who actually play through those levels.
