Gor manages to evade most of Everyn's initial attack by ducking down into the wagon. Varg is not so fortunate. Not seeing the caster's spell he takes the brunt of the first blast gets spun and gets hit fully by an exploding barrel of pitch.

Suq moves to stand beside Everyn and whispering dark phrases, "Naleethah tbinth eleng born", calling upon his pact given infernal powers and brings forth a cascade of rivulets of fire to rain down on Thak. The beasts skin bubbles and fries as the clinging drops of fire scorch him and set little fires off on his tattered clothing and armor. "Dahahow!! Me's Burnin'!".

Suq quickly follows the display up with another. Drawing from his pact again he reaches out and a purplish ribbon of dark force crawls through the air toward Thaks heart but as it establishes contact the Ogre growls it away before it can begin feeding on his life force.

Soff'a leaps past the nearby flames and races forward, careful to avoid the thrashing ogre on the ground. Sweeping the glowing blade as you wade in the trailing red runes float above Thak momentarily. The sides and height of the wagon again save Gor as the blade glances off of the wood. Up this close it is clear that not all of the barrels in the back of the wagon have burst yet and are currently alight consuming the wood.

Gor drops his bow to the floor of the wagon, drawing his sword he leaps off the side of the wagon and brings his blade down on Soff'a

Varg stands up and leaps out of the wagon to get away from the burning vehicle.

Behind you from down the street four hobgoblins that were chasing some townsfolk appear and see the fight. They turn and yell, "For Sinruth! For the Fist!" and charge in.

As Thak stands back up, his body and face still on fire in spots, making him look that much more menacing as he rises back to his full height. Towering over Bhrim and Soff'a. "THAK MAD! THAK SMASH!" the ogre roars as he repeatedly brings down his club slamming the ground around Soff'a and connecting several times. The shield of runes protecting Soff'a flares angrily against the assault and while it holds off most of the ones that do land, it can't stop the shear power and size of the Ogre wielding a petrified tree branch.

The rest of the villagers scurry away in fright.

As Atanos starts to move away from them toward the larger fray, the two hobgoblins take advantage of the situation and hack at Atanos' backside. Gab connects once with the wild swinging longsword.

Granite moves in on the Ogre weapon leading the way. "Ye picked the wrong Dwarves to be messin with!" he shouts keeping a more tactical mind slipping in opposite of the rest of the group. He furiously swings he warhammer connecting solidly several times. Thak leaves several more openings as he tries to fend off the new attacking Dwarf.

Suq spins on his attack, backpedals just a bit while muttering a curse and looking the hobgoblin in the eye. He unleashes a blast in the enemies direction. Black light explodes through the hobgoblins center, falling dead to the ground immediately.

As Everyn steps away from his attackers they take advantage of the apparently defenseless weakling elf in front of them and both attack. While Wad hacks wildly missing by a wide margin, Rug's more measured stroke lands. Everyn's silvery bolt burns a hole in Rug's head as it screams through.

Thak manages to get his club in line to deflect the incoming blade but Gor accepts a minor wound.
