So, is there any way for a Riverside View user to contact their superiors? So they can ascertain if a subject is in need of an... accelerated... meeting with the judges of the dead?

Not way to directly ask on the run, but  the Judge's of the Dead reply would be basically "There's already plenty of people dead or dying from other causes, go take care of those first if you have the free time to ask that."  :p

Oi. I have been VERY diligent in my job. EVERY dead body I've encountered has been properly accounted for.

Question: How does the 1st level stance interact with flight?

The boat replaces your movement speeds, so any flight goes away while on the stance.
