Anger Deity: Does the duplicated spell's save and SR apply?  Or do the ones in this override?

Indian Giver: Looks good.  Basically just a controllable Bestow Curse.

Invisibility, Personal: Looks alright, as well.

Anger: I should prolly change it to match the spell.  It's be overpowering if i didnt.  Thanks I'd completely forgotten about that.

Indian Giver: You'll note it's a level higher than Bestow Curse because it's abusable in some ways

Hate to jump into a thread just for this, but... what does PEACH mean?

PEACH, got it.

Well, I must admit that "Amazon Thighs" makes me think of an Amazon warrior, i.e. huge, powerful legs. That would make them move faster and jump better, yes?
I honestly think that you should rename it "Thunder Thighs." That implies big ol' lady hips, not pounds of coiled muscles.

Of, course, that is personal. You may have an inside joke that makes the name make more sense.

I like the content of "indian giver", level and power-wise, but you should ditch the spell's racist name.

Maybe:  "Odious Debt" or "Forced Karma"

He's already explained that the spell names were picked for comedy flavour that fits his campaign world.

I guess racist jokes are a kind of "comedy," but perhaps not one that should be thought of as funny.  It's really okay to call out such "jokes" as offensive, even the offended groups are not in the room, right?

If no one who would be offended by it is in earshot, is it offending anyone?  (I'm not defending the potential racism, just Bhu's right to use it if no one in his group will be offended).

I gave a couple above.  Here are some other ideas, keeping a humorous vein:

"Tit for tat."
"What Goes Around, Comes Around"
"I scratch your back..."
"Making an offer you can't refuse..."
"False Profit" (Puns are just terrible, aren't they?  Especially Pun Puns.)

Delayed Blast Flatulence: 1 day/level seems a little excessive.  Maybe reduce it to 24 hours or 4-6 hours/level?  Unless you've got a good reason to let the spell linger for over 2 weeks before detonation...

Explosive Flatulence: One little discrepancy: the spell is listed with medium range, but the text limits it to just 60'.  Other than that, it looks okay.

Flatulence: Very nasty!  If it weren't for the fact that the target can still move, and try to move in your direction, especially if his allies guide him, I'd say it was overpowered.  Since the target could bring the cloud back at you, I'd say it's strong for 4th, but still fits.

Food Poisoning: Considering how easy it is to just flat-out avoid poison, 6th level is probably a little high, especially since it doesn't do con damage.  5th would be fine.

Anger Deity: Much better.  It's very nice, now.

Edit: D'ah!  Can't believe i forgot about Food Poisoning!  I added that now.

Big Head: Penalties are fine for the spell level, but I have to wonder, what happens to any head gear?

Lard Ass: Sounds fine, but again, clothing issues?

Pinhead: So... it would actually improve int checks for anyone whose intelligence is below 10?  Also, what would happen if both Big Head and Pinhead were cast on the same target?

Sphere of Funk: Level 6 is too high for just making creatures sickened.  You could probably change it to lv. 3 and have it nauseate creatures.  Oh, and immunity to poison typically grants immunity to stench-based penalties, I'd suggest creatures immune to poison are immune to being nauseated.

Good revisions on the last four.  Making Sphere of Funk lv 4 and still affect creatures immune to poison is a good balance.

Destroy Professional Accomplishments: Given the scalar nature of most class abilities, including spellcasting, what you have would suggest losing just the highest "tier" of that ability.  Perhaps it might be better if the spell removed/reduced all class abilities gained in the last five levels, and inflict a -5 on all attacks/saves/checks?  If you shortened the duration to 1 minute/lv, you could probably even get rid of the saving throw, because it would probably be comparable to Otto's Irresistable Dance then.

Inflict Zoanthropy: Considering Baleful Polymorph is lv 5, I'd probably make this spell equal level.  Also, it should probably mention that the curse makes the target an afflicted were-creature rather, just to avoid arguments that it might be the born version.  A list of minimum levels/hit dice for each were-creature would be nice, too.
